This class is designed for the production floor technician to introduce or refresh skills required to operate the robot from an existing program, utilizing safe practices while starting and operating the robot. This is not a programming class. Programming will be from within the quick editor only.

- Hardware Introduction: IMM interface and axis description
- Safety Package: E-stop circuit
- Sub pendant operation
- Powering the robot
- Explanation of standard reference routine
- Creating a Quick New Assistant Program
- Dry cycling a program
- Starting in auto
- Overriding function and function stop
- Referencing after a manual or e-stop
- Online adjustments
- Manual use of dead man keys in the work cell
- Safety and maintenance overview
- Setting EOAT on robot
